If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may be able to return it within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.

RETURN POLICY

This return policy (“Policy”) is between you and Dice Splash and/or its affiliates (“Company”, “we” or “us”), and governs shipping, returns, and exchanges with respect to products you purchase from us, including without limitation other printed and digital material (collectively the “Products”). By using the Dice Splash store (the “Service”) or purchasing any item thereon, you agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service or sell Products to anyone for any reason at any time.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POLICY CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH AFFECT HOW DISPUTES WITH US ARE RESOLVED. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION (SECTION 7). PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

1. PRODUCTS

Certain Products may be available exclusively online through the Website. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to this Policy. We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our Products that appear in the Dice Splash store or on the Website. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products that we offer. All descriptions of Products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

2. SHIPPING

We do not ship our Products outside of the United States.

Warehouse processing times are different for each Product in your order. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the Product’s shipping description or confirmation email. Orders received after 1:00pm MST will begin processing the next business day. Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to the contiguous United States. Please allow extra time for holiday season orders or deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Lightweight packages are shipped via USPS; heavier packages via USPS or UPS Ground.

While we try to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Product unless:

  • The Product was damaged by fault of our own fault; or
  • The Product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the Product is the wrong size, color, or type)

We have the sole discretion to grant a refund (including refund method), credit your account, or replace a Product. To request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to returns@dicesplash.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a Product solely because:

  • It was unsatisfactory for personal reasons (outside of fulfillment accuracy)
  • The shipping provider did not complete or delayed delivery (resolve these disputes with the carrier directly)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Returns must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Items are not in original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Items are returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery
  • Proof of purchase cannot be verified
  • Products have been used, worn, washed, or show visible damage

All returned items are subject to inspection. Do not send any items back without first obtaining a return authorization. Contact returns@dicesplash.com with your order number to begin the process.

Once received and inspected, we will email you regarding the status of your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, email returns@dicesplash.com

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. To initiate an exchange, email returns@dicesplash.com with your order number and explanation.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Even if you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your return is valued over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and by shipping an item you assume the risk of any loss or damage.

5. CHANGES TO POLICY

You can review the most current version of this Policy at any time on the Website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to the Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website, the Service following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. PRIVACY

All information collected via the Website, Service, or in connection with orders is subject to our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a Product or using our website, you consent to our use of your information in accordance with that policy.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to this Policy, or the relationship of the parties, including, but not limited to, alleged violations of state or federal statutory or common law rights or duties (a “Dispute”) shall be solely and exclusively resolved according to the procedures set forth in this section. If we are unable to resolve any Dispute through informal means, either party may initiate binding arbitration of such Dispute. The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the Dispute has arisen, but in no event shall it be made more than one year from when the aggrieved party knew or should have known of the controversy, claim or facts forming the basis of the Dispute.

The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Arbitration Rules”). The arbitration shall be conducted in Pima County, Arizona, before a single neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the arbitrator shall not have the power to award indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages against any party. Arbitration costs and fees shall be determined in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and applicable law.

Each party shall be responsible for paying its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, regardless of which party prevails, but a party may recover any or all of its attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses from another party if the arbitrator, applying applicable law, so determines. No Dispute may be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated.

Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator, if any, may be entered for enforcement purposes in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO PRESENT A DISPUTE IN COURT, RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS OR DISPUTES WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE.

This Section 7 shall be governed solely by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §1, et seq., and not by the law of any state, and is enforceable pursuant to its terms on a self-executing basis. You and the Company agree that we intend that this Section satisfies the “writing” requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act.

This Section can only be amended by mutual agreement. Either party may seek enforcement of this Section in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall determine any and all challenges to the arbitrability of a claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and any Disputes, and any other claim brought by you against us or by us against you pursuant to Section 7, or otherwise related to this Policy or our products or services, will be governed by, construed, and resolved in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

9. DISCLAIMER

Your use of any products obtained through the Website or the services is at your own risk. All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
